With a passion for healing and a background in healthcare, I specialize in deep tissue, stretching, trigger point therapy, and sports massage. My approach combines years of hands-on experience as a CNA, Medical Assistant, and Chiropractor Assistant, giving me a deep understanding of the body’s needs, whether you’re recovering from injury, managing stress, or seeking enhanced mobility.  Therefore, engaged as a team ( The client and I) we can confidently set out a personalized wellness plan with the client in mind.
